Returns & Exchanges

At Frogg Toggs, we stand by the quality of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange any unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
