Our gear is designed to be worn over your existing clothing. We recommend checking our detailed size chart, but generally, our items run slightly large to allow for layering and maximum range of motion.
What is the best way to clean and maintain my rain suit?
To preserve the waterproof coating, hand wash your gear in cold water with a mild detergent and hang it to air dry. Avoid machine washing, drying, or dry cleaning as high heat and agitation can damage the fabric.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Please visit our Returns Portal to start a claim and receive a prepaid shipping label.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear for an upcoming trip.
Are Frogg Toggs products covered by a warranty?
Yes, we offer a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, punctures, or improper care.
